Letters and notices are the two most crucial forms of communication, especially
in legal terms. They are mainly required to send some specific information, responses, promotional matter, or follow up to a known or unknown recipient. Depending upon the intent of the letter or the notice, the language must be considered so that the message can be delivered rightly.
Some of the most common types of sample letters forms are power of attorney form, bankruptcy form, contract for deed, deed of trust, letter of intent, lien, employment application, confidentiality agreement, promissory note, quit claim deed form, warranty deed and others.
Unlike personal letters, business letters are legally binding and required by types of businesses. Notice forms are mainly required to send a notice to the other party and also give the noticed party an opportunity to implement their rights before action being taken against them. Legal notices basically include information about public hearings, zoning notices, court actions, bids, and proposals, foreclosures, liens, unclaimed property, and many others. Some of the legal notices are required to be published by the court whereas others can be directly sent by the individuals.
All types of notices are administered by the state laws governing the subject matter involved in the case.
